CEO, Ginger Bailly

Ginger Bailly has extensive knowledge of the contracting environment as a result of over 16 years of experience leading or working on a broad range of federal contracts.  One of her past positions included managing a multi-million dollar federal contract for the prime and providing leadership to cross-functional teams, across multiple geographic regions.  As a certified quality professional, Ginger is committed to high quality standards and applies best practices in project management to ensure that project objectives are effectively met. Ginger manages the daily operations of SAS International, oversees the proposal development, and overall strategic direction of the company.

Ginger Bailly has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Texas and holds an American Society of Quality Certified Quality Improvement Associate certification.  

President, John Bailly

John Bailly's 20-year U.S. Marine Corps career (retired) was highlighted by leadership, operational and instructor billets in Scout Sniper, Force Reconnaissance, Battalion Reconnaissance, Marine Special Operations Command and Joint Special Operations Commands.  During his time in the military, John led multiple units in combat and peacetime operations around the globe.  John has an accomplished history of planning, supervising and executing training from small units to battalion-level exercises.  Additionally, he was instrumental in the inception of the Marine Special Operations School (MSOS) and the Individual Training Course (ITC)-planning, supervising and executing the first six ITC courses for the Marine Corps Raider organization.

 

John has a Bachelor of Science (Magna Cum Laude) in Strategic Studies and Defense Analysis from Norwich University and holds multiple military certifications in amphibious reconnaissance, over-the-horizon navigation, maritime/waterborne operations; open and closed-circuit diving operations; firearms, explosives and special weapons; high-altitude free-fall parachute operations, sniper operations, and obstacle breaching operations.
